Having an instrument for playing, practising and performing outside of lessons has a huge impact on a young musician’s progress, confidence and the ability to continue life-long music making. But, for many families, the expense of purchasing an instrument is beyond their means.
Thanks to funding from South Coast Music Partnership, Southampton and IOW Music is able to offer affordable instrument loans starting at £50 per year.
